I was very impressed with the quality of care i received at Total Vision Eyecare. I would highly recommend them.

I've been coming here for several years and I'm so impressed with the quality of the services and their glasses and frames. I always buy my glasses here! In fact I would say they keep getting better! Today I had a sudden issue with my eye and they made immediate arrangements to see me. They assessed my problem with the latest technology and fixed me right up! They are great! I highly recommend them!

I can't speak to all their services, but I can speak to their customer service and kindness. I walked in off the street because happened to be walking by and was dealing with a terribly itchy eye. They asked if I was an patient and when I said no, then explained my situation, they asked me to wait a moment.

I was quickly presented with a sample box of eye drops (the little tear off the top and use kind) to help alleviate my situation. They didn't accept payment and wished me well.

I don't wear glasses anymore, but should my vision start to slip (or this itchy eye persist) I'll go out of my way to seek their services.

Very professional staff. Good selection of glass frames. You get what you pay for compared to costco or sams whitch is cheaper but like i said you get what you pay for.

Modern & clean office. They offer refreshments. Online booking appointment tool is very convenient & easy to use I was able to schedule my appointment the next day. Staff was attentive & took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Updated glaucoma test no more air in your eyes! Dr. Johnson answered my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Talk about an amazing experience from the beginning. Booked online and was able to get an appointment the same day. Everyone was amazing and they walked you through every step. Even made choosing classes enjoyable as I was hoping to not have to get them. Dr. Addison is amazing and you won’t be disappointed. The entire team is so friendly and no pushy sales pitch. They answer questions with honesty and explain everything in such great detail I felt like I’ve been a customer for years and this was my first visit.
