Friendly workers, thorough testing, and overall very helpful. I am excited to try my new glasses and see the difference they will make in the coming weeks. If I had another eye concern, I would come here again.

The eye clinic was very nice and profesional. Was offered water or sparking water many times which I appreciate as I do be thirsty. The staff and Doctor were very nice and helpful in answering any questions. 100 percent recommend.

Such a great establishment with very knowledgeable consultant and staff. Been going here for the past 5 years. I’m so glad I found this place after moving to Minnesota years ago. Can’t say enough and Tim is really good at helping adjust and pick out appropriate glasses to fit your needs. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience today with Dr. Addison and his staff. Front desk staff was pleasant, communicate well, and helped me with my paperwork. His assistant did a great job of explaining and adjusting testing with each step. Dr. Addison did a great job of explaining test results and helping me make decisions about my glasses. The staff in the optical shop were very helpful at helping me pick glasses. They listened to what I wanted and brought me several great selections! They were not pushy, which communicated to me that they really were just there to help. Slightly negative thing to say would be the prices are very high; however, the glasses I picked are a luxury brand frame. If you got here, be prepared to pay a fair amount. Honestly, the service is worth the price tag. Overall, a great experience and I’m happy I chose them for my services.

I am on a bit of health journey and one of the medications I'm starting has potential visual side-effects. Dr Addison knew exactly the medication and side-effect and explained it to me thoroughly and compassionate. He knew what my PCP would need from the eye exam and delivered. The team is all very kind and efficient. Beautiful facility and while I don't need glasses (yay!) there were a lot of great options!

Dr. Addison was kind, precise, and clear. The breadth of his knowledge and his medical understanding of my eye issue was kind of astounding. My presentation involved passing notes between practices and he was efficient and held the exact timeline he forecasted. He was and is an advocate, which I can’t express enough appreciation for. I've been consistently impressed with the level of service and attention received here. When I first moved to Rochester I had a hard time finding an eye doctor who would take my insurance. Total vision didn't hesitate to get on the phone with the insurance and get it all squared away. Dr. Addison is great - he really cares to get everything right and make sure you're in the appropriate lenses and glasses.

Excellent optometrist and office staff. We have been coming for years and will continue. Great with kids. On top of all of the new technology but very reasonable in his recommendations of when to utilize it and when it is unnecessary. Thanks, Dr. Addison!

The eyeglass selection is amazing! The staff is always great and everytime we go; we never feel rushed, because they take their time with you! I recently discovered that my previous Warby Parker glasses were made incorrectly (inferior technology). Always go with a real eye glass shop! 😊
